Working with the Healing Thoughts meditations from Deborah Singleton, whether with myself or with a mediation class on Zoom, I can feel the strong energy with which the meditations were written. This has created a great “energy anchor” for me and the class participants. Written during the time of COVID restrictions where we were all so isolated and adjusting to pandemic times, these writings provided a pathway to acceptance of so many changes in the way we do things,think about ourselves, others, and the world.
Learning to accept and just be with all the parts of myself allows me to let go of negative thoughts about myself and others, and helps promotes the state of choosing to be in my heart energy with greater ease.
