Using Meditative Moments
Taking meditative moments throughout the day is a way to still the mind, the emotions and the body. This teaches you how to be present with yourself, how to live in the moment and be in the now. There are many ways to learn how to be present and to center yourself.
Each day we offer you a new meditative moment. As you learn to feel comfortable with your stillness and enjoy your solitude, it becomes easier to let go of unfinished business, stresses and illusion. Here, your heart and mind open to the presence of love.

Place yourself either on the sand near the ocean or imagining that place. Hear the sound of the waves coming in and out as you breathe. You breathe in cleansing energy and breathe out any energy, ideas, and thoughts that no longer serve you. Breathing in and out for as long as you desire will center you. Enjoy the feeling of clarity and calm.
