I'm going to speak in the present tense since it is an ongoing process. I am learning to be in my body and be present. That alone is more profound than at first appears. At first I thought, as much of my thinking has been, that there would be a conclusion to this process. Instead I find it continuously evolving...being present continues to deepen for me as my connection to myself and God continues to deepen. That could easily summarize the whole experience for there is nothing left that needs to be said, and yet my human side could tell you of intricate details of matter. (whatever that means...I think it was the beer) I am presently going through a process of flux in part because of my experience with A Healing Place...would I have experienced it otherwise...probably, or maybe not, maybe it would have taken me another 5 years...a personal process that is taking me from an understanding of acceptance to self-acceptance. As I continue just this process of being present I continue to unfold layers of thinking and beliefs that no longer serve me...I continue to see myself more clearly. I have started to put into practice these tools in my daily life and in my 'work', and I know this will continue to expand as time goes on...sky's the limit.
